Compliance software is where design goes to die. Every product in this category looks like a spreadsheet with a logo. You will make Trellis the exception: calm, orderly, and clear enough that a founder reads a gap once and knows what to do.
What you will own
- Own the readiness surface: score, gaps, evidence, drafts
- Design for the moment a founder learns bad news, and make it actionable rather than heavy
- Hold the visual system as we add frameworks
Who this suits
- You have designed a data-dense product that people use daily
- You can hold a design system on your own
- You care about typography and hairlines more than is strictly reasonable
